Through our commitment to providing a cleaner, locally-sourced fuel for power generation, we will assist in stimulating local industry and the economy. In our pursuit of this, we have built and continue to develop infrastructure to bring gas to market in Nigeria.

We believe we can have a positive impact on people’s lives both through improving access to national energy resources and in creating jobs and opportunities in the local communities where we operate. We continue to develop and invest in these relationships. In addition to the jobs we create, we provide foundation activities, training and skills to our workforce. The development of people in-country is key to our success as we rely on their skills for delivery of projects. Likewise, we take the security, health and safety of our staff very seriously and are proud of our track record of no major security or safety incidents reported in 2011.
