Seven Energy’s operations are organised into two business segments:

• Upstream development and production operating under the names Septa Energy and Universal Energy Resources
• Midstream gas marketing, processing, transportation and distribution operating under the name Accugas

Core Areas of Operation

Seven Energy currently has two core areas of operation in the south east and north west onshore Niger Delta. The south east Niger Delta is characterised by significant discovered but undeveloped gas fields, with some installed gas demand and significant growth potential, but very limited gas processing and distribution infrastructure. The north west Niger Delta is characterised by mature oil and gas fields, with pipeline infrastructure in place (including trunk lines to Lagos to the west and Ajaokuta to the north), but with significant additional undeveloped gas reserves and a shortage of gas processing capacity.
