Seven Energy believes that local experience combined with international standards is the optimal organisational design when considering the teams that we establish to develop and operate our projects. In both Canada and Nigeria we have experienced management and operations teams who have international experience but, crucially, also provide experience of living and working in the local communities and environment in which we operate. This is important as the way of working with communities is different in each country, as also are the fiscal regimes, local customs, environmental challenges and regulations. Our people have the knowledge and mandate to develop our business and progress our operations efficiently and in harmony with their respective environments.
