Seven Energy's objectives are to deliver safe,
environmentally harmonious, efficient and profitable operations by applying world-class
Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) standards.
Seven Energy has established significant expertise and experience in both its Nigerian and Canadian operations. We have our own in-house staff covering the whole range of operational activities, many of whom have both local and international experience, and those are backed up by an international management team who themselves have significant operations experience. Our operations teams also have the benefit of having worked in both oil and gas companies as well as major service providers. At Seven Energy we understand the value added to operations from excellent service providers, and we have established Master Service Agreements (MSA) covering all of our major services, these being with both international and local providers. All service providers undergo rigorous approval procedures to ensure that they can deliver world-class standards.
Examples of MSAs we have developed include Astus Engineering (Facilities), Baker Hughes (Well Services and Products), KCA Deutag (Drilling), and Schlumberger (Well Services and Products). Seven Energy also has a Strategic Technology Collaboration with Weatherford International.
In Nigeria we have committed to a 4 year drilling rig contract with KCA Deutag for the T26, which is a 2000 HP rig capable of any operation we envisage in Nigeria. With its crew, this is one of the most experienced rigs in Nigeria. We have also commissioned the construction of an Early Production Facility (EPF) which can be used for extended testing of wells to allow improved determination of well and reservoir performance in exploration and appraisal situations, and will enable the fast tracking of field developments and early monetisation of projects.
