Seven Energy recognizes the role it can and must play in interacting with the communities and environment in which it conducts business. At Seven Energy we see Communities as our business partners in which we should invest for mutual benefit - a process we call "EmPowering Communities". Under this process we work with Non-Government Organisations (NGO) to fully understand the stakeholders within each community and Local Government Area (LGA) in which we seek to operate, in order to create a Social License to Operate.

As a business, we also recognize our limitations and therefore have prioritized our community investment towards creating critical building blocks to enable community-led sustainable businesses, in a three-step process (EmPowering Communities):

Education: Scholarships, Vocational Skills and Health Training to Enable the Community Workforce prior to Oil & Gas Production;

Power: Providing the Community with Electricity during the Oil & Gas Production Phase;

Micro-credit: Financing Worthy Community-Led Projects to use the Electricity and Education skills to create Sustainable Businesses.
